VIP is the top tier at $8,000, and it's worth aiming for: 15% off everything, free shipping, and your orders jump the queue for both production and dispatch. VIP members also get a free upgrade to expedited shipping on every order, so once your doll is finished, it reaches you faster than standard delivery would.
To put it in real numbers: if you're a Senior member ordering an $1,800 doll, that 11% discount saves you around $198 at checkout — before anything else even comes into play.
We simplified the points system so it's less of a mental math exercise. Every order over $100 earns you points automatically. Once your balance reaches 50 points, you can start redeeming them for money off future orders. There's no expiration countdown and no fine print — the points just accumulate the more you shop.
Coupons, points, and your membership discount don't combine on the same order. If more than one applies, our checkout system automatically applies whichever one gives you the biggest saving, so you're never leaving money on the table — you just won't see all three at once.
