What is ULW?

ULW (Ultra-LightWeight) is the weight-reduction technology Climax Doll uses across its torso and full-size silicone dolls. We rework the material formula and the internal structure so the same realistic skin texture and anatomy come in a noticeably lighter package.

The result: dolls you can lift with one hand, move between rooms without help, and store more easily — without losing the silicone feel you bought them for.

How we make it lighter

Lighter silicone formula. A modified elastomer reduces density per unit volume while keeping the surface soft and the texture realistic.
Re-engineered internal structure. Less silicone in the right places. The form, posture and surface detail stay the same.
Tighter manufacturing process. Precision molds and improved sealing keep the doll tear- and wear-resistant, and protect fine skin texture over time.
