Payment Guide

A quick walkthrough of how checkout and payment work on Climax Doll, and what to do if a payment option you expect doesn't show up right away.

Step 1. Add the doll to your cart

Pick the doll you want on Climax Doll, choose your options (skin tone, head, breast type and so on), then click ADD TO CART or BUY NOW.

Step 2. Fill in your checkout details

Type in your email, shipping address and phone number.

In the Payment Method section, Credit or Debit Cards is selected by default. That's expected. It is just the entry into the secure payment gateway. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna will appear on the next page.

One small thing that trips up a lot of buyers: make sure your country, state and ZIP code actually match. If they don't, the form usually refuses to move forward.

Step 3. Click "Complete Order"

Check your total on the right side of the page and click the blue Complete Order button. You will be sent over to the Airwallex payment page. We never see or store your card number on our side.

Step 4. Pick a payment method on Airwallex

This is where the other options finally show up. On the Airwallex page you can choose:

• Google Pay, if you have a card saved in your Google account.
• Apple Pay, on Safari with Face ID or Touch ID (iPhone, iPad or Mac).
• Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and a few others.
• Klarna, for paying later in installments. More on that below.

A quick word on Klarna

Klarna is a "buy now, pay later" service. Instead of paying the whole amount today, you can split the order into a few smaller payments, or push the bill back by a few weeks. It's built into our payment gateway, so you don't need to set anything up on our side.

How to use it:

1. On the Airwallex page, choose Klarna and click Continue to pay.
2. Klarna will open in a new step. Sign in to your Klarna account, or create one in a couple of minutes.
3. Pick a plan they offer you, for example Pay in 4 (four interest-free installments) or Pay in 30 days. Longer financing is sometimes available too. What you see depends on your country and a quick credit check.
4. Confirm the plan and you'll come back to Climax Doll with the order placed.

Which plans are offered, and whether you're approved, is decided entirely by Klarna. We don't have any control over that. If you want the full terms, check klarna.com.

A few common questions

I don't see Apple Pay / Google Pay / Klarna on the checkout page. What's wrong?

Nothing's wrong. Those options live on the Airwallex page, not on our store. Fill in your shipping details, click Complete Order, and they will be there.

Which cards do you take?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Charges are in USD.

I don't see Apple Pay or Google Pay at all on my device.

Apple Pay only shows up in Safari on an Apple device with a card in Apple Wallet. Google Pay needs Chrome or an Android phone signed into a Google account that already has a card saved. If neither is set up, those buttons simply won't appear. Use Card or Klarna instead.

Is paying here safe?

Yes. Everything goes over SSL, and the actual payment is handled by Airwallex (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never get to see your full card number.

My payment was declined. What now?

First, double-check that the billing address you typed matches what your bank has on file, and that the card is allowed to make international or online purchases. Trying another card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna usually fixes it. If you're still stuck, just email us and we can send a different payment link.

Can I cancel or change the order after I've paid?

Usually yes, as long as we haven't started making the doll yet. Have a look at our Privacy & Payment page and contact us as soon as you can.
