About Climax Doll
Our company started with two computers and a stubborn idea.
Back in 2016 the founders were running a small e-commerce shop, reselling sex dolls made by other factories. The dolls kept coming back with problems — bad joints, uneven skin tone, faces that didn't match the photos. After enough refunds and apology emails, they made a call: stop reselling, start making. Neither of them had a manufacturing background, so they spent the next year traveling between factories, asking questions, learning the chemistry of TPE and silicone, and figuring out how a mold actually gets cut.
By 2017–18 they'd learned enough to start producing their own samples. They flew them around to trade shows in Europe, the US, and Asia. Orders trickled in. Then grew.
2019 was the hard year. The original partnership broke up. The brand had to be rebuilt — new factory, new product lines, new everything. We pivoted hard into developing our own designs instead of copying what was already on the market.
2020 was the restart. New factory, four employees, and from August that year orders started coming in faster than we could ship them. We hired, we expanded the workshop, we hired again.
Today we're a team of around 40, working out of a 3,000㎡ facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong. We've shipped to customers in more than 40 countries — the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada and Australia are our biggest markets, with steady demand from Japan and South Korea as well.
What we actually make
Two materials, both medical-grade: TPE and platinum-cured silicone. TPE is softer and warmer to the touch but needs more careful upkeep. Silicone holds detail better, lasts longer, and costs more. We'll be straight with you about the trade-offs before you order — there's a comparison page here if you want the technical side.
Heights run from 100cm mini up to 170cm full-size. Faces, skin tones, eye colors, wig styles, body types — all swappable. Roughly one in five orders we ship involves some kind of customization, so if you want something we don't list on the site, just email us and ask.
Why people buy from us instead of the cheaper sites
Honest answer: a lot of cheaper sites are reselling factory rejects, or shipping something that doesn't look like the product photo. We know — we used to get those emails ("can you fix this doll I bought from someone else?" — sadly, no). It's part of why we stopped reselling in the first place.
What we do differently:
- The doll you see is the doll you get. Every order ships with photos taken before packing. If something looks off, we redo it before it leaves the workshop.
- Plain brown box, no labels, no logos. Your delivery driver, your roommate, your mom — none of them will know what's inside. Discreet packaging since day one.
- Real people on email. Write to service@climax-doll.com and a person replies, usually within a day. Not a bot, not a ticket queue.
- One-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Material splits, skeleton issues and similar manufacturing problems are covered for 12 months. For small issues we'll usually send out repair tools and replacement parts so you can fix it at home; bigger problems we handle with a workshop repair or replacement. Report any issue within 3 days of noticing it, send your order number plus clear photos and a short video, and we'll work it out. Damage from misuse, normal wear, makeup, fading or staining isn't covered.
Where we are now
We're not the biggest brand in this category, and we're not chasing it. We'd rather make dolls we're proud of than chase volume we'd be embarrassed by. Eight years in, we still inspect every doll before it ships. The team's bigger, the factory's bigger, the customer list is bigger — but the standard's the same as when there were two computers and a clay model on the desk.
