No. Each in-stock doll is already built and packed with a fixed configuration. The exact head, body, skin tone, and accessories are listed on the product page, so what you see is what ships. If you want a custom build, order from our regular collection and we will produce it to your spec at the factory.

Stock is limited and popular models can sell out within a few days of a new container arriving. The site does mark items out of stock, but there is sometimes a short delay between a sale and the label updating, so we recommend placing your order as soon as you spot the one you want. If you are unsure whether something is still available, message customer service and we will confirm before you pay.

No. Warehouse storage is already built into the listed price, so the number you see on the product page is what you pay (plus any sales tax that applies in your state). Nothing extra is added at checkout for keeping the doll at our California warehouse.

Orders ship from our California warehouse via FedEx or UPS and reach most US addresses in 3 to 7 working days. Hawaii, Alaska, and remote zip codes can take a little longer. All packaging is plain and discreet, with no branding or product description visible on the outside. We do not ship US in-stock orders outside the United States; for international delivery please order from our standard collection instead.

Take a few photos of the damaged area and the outer box before unpacking further, then email service@climax-doll.com within 48 hours of delivery. Because the doll is already in the US, we can usually send replacement parts (heads, hands, wigs, etc.) directly from the California warehouse, which is much faster than waiting on a fresh shipment from the factory. Due to the hygienic nature of the product, we do not accept returns of opened dolls for any other reason.
