The information we collect is solely used for the process of your orders. We will never sell, rent, trade or share your information with any third parties. Our shipping carriers such are only given the necessary information to deliver your order. Otherwise your information will confidentially remain only with us.


Payment
We currently support credit card payment, PayPal payment, T/T wire transfer payment. After receiving the payment for your order, we will arrange the production as soon as possible. After shipping, we will upload the tracking number of the express to the order, so that you can check the logistics information of the package. Can I make any change to my sex doll order after I place the order? Can I cancel my order?
After you place your Climax Doll order, we start processing your order right away. If you can let us know within the first 24 hours for any change you want with your sex doll, we may be able to do that without any extra cost. Once we start your order, time and material costs start accumulating on our side. So the best way is to decide your love doll options before you order so that your order can be processed in a timely manner and does not get delayed due to any more changes. In case you change your mind and want to cancel your order, there will be no charge to cancel within the first 24 hours of your order placement date/time and we will give you full refund. We will deduct following percentages with more time involved if you still insist in cancelling your order:
Sex doll Labor/material deduction fees after 24 hours = 10%
Sex doll Labor/material deduction fees after 48 hours = 15%
Sex doll Labor/material deduction fees after 72 hours = 25%
after 72 hours, there are no more refunds after this stage.


If I customize a product and it is produced and I don't think it fits, can I get a refund?
We need to understand the process of customized products, first of all, the customer provides the size data and pictures related to the customized products, our R&D department will make 3D drawing according to the material provided by the customer, and after the 3D drawing is completed, we will send it to the customer for confirmation. And we will give the weight to the customer according to the data and size given by the customer, but please note that the weight of the customized products will have a slight deviation, usually around 1-10kg, and it is impossible for us to predict the weight accurately, which no one in the industry can do. When the customer confirms the 3D drawing, we will do the 3D printing. After the customer confirms the 3D model, we will make the mold. After the molds are made, we will produce the products and take photos to the customer for confirmation.

So we can clearly see from the text of the previous paragraph that every step of the custom product is confirmed with our customers before making it. And for each step, we will take photos and videos to the customer, which means the customer has understood clearly before allowing us to proceed with the production. Therefore, when the custom product is produced, the cost of 3D drawing, 3D model printing and mold making are not refundable to the customer, refunds are available for other payments, such as shipping costs. Due to the special nature of custom products, the cost and risk we need to take is extremely high. Therefore, we ask our customers to understand the risks involved before customizing the products to avoid unnecessary disputes.
