Privacy & Payment

This page covers two things you probably want to know before you order: how we handle your personal information, and how you actually pay us.

We've been shipping sex dolls out of our workshop in Zhongshan, Guangdong since 2016, to customers in over 40 countries — the US, Canada, the UK, most of Europe, plus Japan and South Korea. Discretion isn't a marketing line for us; it's the entire reason a lot of people choose to buy from a small manufacturer instead of a big marketplace.

What information we collect

Only what we need to ship your order and answer your emails:

  • Name and shipping address — for the courier label.
  • Email and (optional) phone — for delivery updates and to reach you if there's a customs question.
  • Order details — what doll, what options, what you paid.

That's it. We don't ask for ID copies, we don't ask for your social media, and we don't buy data lists from third parties.

How we protect it

The whole site runs on SSL/TLS encryption (the little padlock in your browser). Order data sits on access-controlled servers; only the people who actually need to see it — production, packaging, customer support — can see it. We don't sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone except the courier we hand the box to.

If you ever want us to delete your record after your warranty period ends, just email service@climax-doll.com and we'll do it.

Discreet billing & packaging

This is the part most customers actually care about, so we'll be specific:

  • Your card statement won't say "sex doll". The merchant descriptor is a neutral name — usually something generic like "CD Trading" or the payment processor's name. Nobody glancing at your statement will know what you bought.
  • The box has no logos, no product photos, and no brand name. Plain brown carton, courier label, that's it. The sender name on the label is also neutral.
  • The customs declaration says "model" or "mannequin" with a generic value — standard practice for our category, fully compliant with shipping regulations in destination countries.

How you can pay

We support the methods most international customers actually use:

  • Credit / debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Processed through a PCI-compliant gateway. We never see your card number.
  • Bank transfer / wire — for larger custom orders or wholesale enquiries. Email us first.

Everything is charged in USD by default. If you'd rather pay in EUR, GBP, JPY, KRW, CAD or AUD, drop us a line before checkout and we'll send a custom invoice.

Refunds, chargebacks & disputes

Sex dolls are made-to-order, so we don't do "changed my mind" refunds — once production starts, the doll is yours. But if there's a manufacturing defect, a shipping accident, or the doll arrives looking nothing like the photos we sent before packing, we fix it or replace it under our one-year warranty on manufacturing issues like material splits and skeleton problems. For small issues we'll usually send out repair tools and replacement parts so you can fix it at home; bigger problems we handle with a workshop repair or replacement. Damage from misuse, normal wear, makeup, fading or staining isn't covered. Spot something off? Keep the evidence, email us within 3 days with your order number, clear photos and a short video, and we'll sort it.

Cookies

Yes, we use them — the basic kind that keep your cart from emptying when you reload the page, plus anonymous analytics so we can see which doll pages people actually look at. No ad tracking, no Facebook pixels, no creepy retargeting following you around the internet.
